What we collect

Placeholder. Account details you give us (name, email, password or Google sign-in), billing details handled by our payment provider, the writing samples you choose to add for your voice profile, and basic usage data such as which features you use.

What the extension can read

Placeholder. The Nibumi extension only reads the text field you are typing in, or text and email threads you explicitly select. It never scans your inbox or other pages in the background. You can pause Nibumi or turn it off for any website from the extension menu.

How we use your data

Placeholder. To provide writing suggestions, keep your settings in sync, run your subscription, keep the service secure, and improve Nibumi using aggregated usage data.

We don't train AI on your text

Placeholder. Your text is not used to train AI models. Text is processed to return suggestions and is not kept longer than needed to provide the service.

Cookies

Placeholder. We use essential cookies to run this site and, only if you accept them, optional analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Data retention

Placeholder. We keep your account data while your account is active. Documents and voice samples are deleted when you delete them or close your account, subject to backups that expire within a set period.

Your rights (access, export, delete)

Placeholder. You can access, export or delete your data from Settings in the web app, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights.
